Why does it matter? VMU would bring changes to the borders of Allandale. Depending on its location, VMU could be 2 to 4 stories, with shops below and people living in condos or apartments above. VMU is good for Burnet Road by providing land owners on Burnet Rd more viable options for land use than just the current trend toward used clothing and used furniture stores.
